Unlike ordinary real estate agents, our brokers always work for and represent only the buyer side in any real estate transaction to purchase a condo, townhouse or one - four family house.  What this means is that we practice Exclusive Buyer Agency, and not Dual Agency.  We never work for any Seller, Developer or Builder against our client.
 

As a result, we never have a "conflict of interest" like most other real estate agents do.

Pamela Bell served for a number of years on the Board of Directors and as Vice  President of the Liberty Board of Realtors (formerly the Hudson County Board of Realtors.
 

Codie Bell - Licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist).  Codie holds several advanced degrees including a PhD. in finance and accounting, MBA (Finance) and MS (Management Information Systems).  Codie worked for a number of years in the information and financial consulting business before organizing our real estate practice on a full-time basis.
