from: the initial buyer information and counseling session (including
advice regarding your financial pre-qualification and pre-approval), searching, screening and finding the right property, giving an unbiased assessment of the pros and cons of any property you are interested in purchasing,
providing a professional opinion of the value of the property you choose - before you offer on it,
working for the best deal for you in the offer and contract negotiations with the Seller and their agent,
helping with the details following an offer's acceptance including mortgage and
home insurance, choice of a reputable house inspector, property inspections, and any re-negotiations,and, finally assisting in the final walkthrough inspection and the closing on your new
