    • Toll Brothers Rental to Condominium conversion in 2006/2007/2008/2009

  • Description:

    • Constructed on 16 acres of historic Hoboken waterfront. The two Hudson Tea Buildings are the original core buildings of the Toll Brothers Hudson Cove community.

      • 1500 Hudson Street (247 units)

    • Shortly after the turn of the century, Thomas Lipton purchased warehouse buildings on Hoboken's waterfront to bring his growing tea company to the United States. As a result, the Lipton Tea Building became a Hoboken landmark and Sir Thomas, a legend, would arrive at his office in his limousine via the building's freight elevator.

    • Today, The Hudson Tea's industrial proportions provide its residents with the framework for unique loft residences including 22' x 14' living rooms, 10' x 12' picture windows, one foot thick concrete floors and soaring 13' beamed ceilings with views of the Hudson River, Hoboken, and the Manhattan skyline.

    • Adjacent to the Hudson Tea Buildings are the newly renovated Harborside Lofts at Hudson Tea.
